We are thrilled to share with you that Sarah Herron will be hosting the first ever SheLift SoulCycle Charity Ride at the Culver City studio on July 15 at 12:30 p.m. Kombucha and refreshing snacks will be served to guests after the 45-minute indoor cycling class and guests will have the chance to meet and greet with Sarah. Some lucky attendees will receive special gifts!
Laura Crago will be instructing the class. Sarah and Laura met in 2015 when Laura was embarking on a journey to bike cross-country from LA to NYC and Sarah was about to climb the Half Dome in Yosemite. They found inspiration and motivation through each other’s stories and aspire to trek Mount Kilimanjaro together. But in the meantime, they’re joining forces to raise awareness for Sarah’s charity, SheLift.
Sarah gained her notoriety on ABC’s The Bachelor and Bachelor in Paradise for being the first contestant with a physical disability. Sarah was born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, but it hasn’t stopped her from climbing mountains, skiing double black diamonds, and even searching for love on television. SheLift, a 501(c)3 organization, was born from her love for outdoor adventures and the transformative powers of adventure. SheLift encourages girls to improve self-acceptance and confidence through outdoor adventures and body-positive mentorship. SheLift aims to normalize differences while challenging girls’ physical and emotional abilities.
Bikes can be reserved here.
