Tell us a little bit about how Dream came about?
Potli started because my co-founder, Felicity’s father started beekeeping to harvest healthy, hyper local honey for her mother. It was our first product and still a fan favorite, and we’ve heard since 2017 that people love to use the honey in tea before bed. One of our first customers told us that through our honey she slept without interruptions for the first time in 4 years! Dream is a way to formulate specifically to that use case and help our clients get great sleep. It’s formulated with CBN, CBD, and just a touch of melatonin to help you fall and stay asleep.
What is CBN?
CBN is a minor cannabinoid that I think will become a staple in health in the next few years for its sleep-promoting properties. Much like CBD, it’s non-intoxicating and great for inflammation and pain.
How is it different from other cannabinoids?
Many cannabinoids have overlapping health benefits like pain relief and anxiety relief, but CBN in particular is known for inducing sleep. From my personal experience in experimenting with it, I view it similarly to melatonin but without any grogginess which I often feel with too high of a dose with melatonin.
How does Dream align with other Potli products?
Like the rest of our products, Dream is still super meticulously sourced, high quality, and delicious! I think it fits into our portfolio in that this is our first product specifically made for evenings.
What is the benefit of incorporating Dream into your routine?
With all that’s going on in the world right now, we all need to get the rest we deserve. Dream not only helps you fall asleep but I’ve also experienced a huge increase in the quality of my sleep. When I wake up I feel truly well rested and I’m ready to go. Now when I take Dream I know it’s time for me to relax and unwind.
Given the pandemic and so many people are struggling with new sleep patterns and other mental health problems- how can Potli products help?
Dream (and other Potli products) are great mental and physical health aid.
