I am so in love this workout. As in obsessed. The class is divided into intervals of around ten mins (tops) floor and stairmaster. The floor station is pimped out with rigs, bands, floor slide, booties and more.
It’s total heaven to me!
Intense intervals – walking, slow, fast, deep, sideways, ‘catwalk’, and skipping steps. Floor work is classic lunges and butt work -with the emphasis on alignment and form. This is what really speaks to me – as a 20 plus year instructor who is also a stickler for form – I knew this was the real deal. Slow. Steady. Deep. Aligned. Specific.
