XO Cross Over Fitness is a combination of pilates + circuit + cardio – you work between 3 stations using reformers, springboards, water rowers, light weights and heavy boxing bags.  Their signature class combines 50 minutes of resistance, strength training, and cardio in a fun, music fueled, complete body workout. Are you sweating yet?!

We experienced a class, taught by it’s founder and creator, Sara Lewis. It was her love of weight lifting coupled with a background in pilates and boxing that inspired the concept. She carefully explained and demonstrate each exercise cycle and circuit breakdown. There is noooo room for burnout or boredom here, because you’re constantly in motion and switching up exercises every 3 minutes. This challenging and fun workout left me drenched and energize. And yay for the yummy refreshments from Kore Kitchen, CoreWater, Runa Tea, and Juice Served Here.

This class is perfect for anyone that doesn’t want to spend a lot of time in the gym but wants to achieve all of their fitness goals in one place: lean muscle definition, flexibility,  improved strength, and enhanced endurance.
