it's a bit confusing as the nutritional data says ZERO calories per serving. but i read on the website that it actually DOES have 23 calories per half cup. so if like me, you eat the whole can at once, that's around 322 cals.  so do try to contain yourself, will you?

other than that, this is heaven.
