It's no news flash that sleep = beauty.  In fact "beauty sleep" is not even a myth.

According to a recent study <http://www.bmj.com/content/341/bmj.c6614.full> , sleep-deprived people appear less attractive.

Great, another reason for me to look like crap and it's not just in my head but you think it too.

I really don't sleep.  Seriously.  It's a problem.  Yup, I'm part of the over 70 million Americans who are short on sleep and have a sleep problem every or almost every night.  Add it to my list of problems.

Valium? Not an option with two kids, my fear of earthquakes, natural disasters and well, everything else. (Hmm…maybe that's why I don't sleep?)

What to do, what to do…? A little birdie told me about DREAM WATER.

Dream Water is a liquid-form sleep enhancer that helps with relaxation and falling asleep. It's made with all-natural active ingredients – including melatonin – comes in a cute 2.5 oz. shot and two flavors – Lullaby Lemon and Snoozeberry and contains ZERO CALORIES and NO preservatives.

I'm going to try it tonight and I'll let you know how it goes!

And I think we can do some product give-a-ways on this one too, so stay posted!

There are three key ingredients in Dream Water.  These are 5-HTP, Melatonin, and GABA.

GABA can help you to feel relaxed since it prevents the over-firing of nerve cells.  To help govern your internal clock, melatonin can help you sleep when it’s time to and be awake during the day. 5-HTP improves the quality of your sleep by increasing your ability to relax.  After using Dream Water they say that you will be less likely to awaken during the night and then have a difficult time falling back asleep.

A 6 pack of the 8 oz drink is still $19.99.
