Fall fashion is in full force. Faux fur, chunky knits, velvet leggings, oh my!!! Unfortunately for me, after a summer of wining and dining (Church & State is my current obsession), my body is in full figure. Time to detox!
I enjoy doing detoxes a few times throughout the year, mostly to shed a couple of pounds of holiday excess or to slip effortlessly into my favorite pair of skinny jeans before a weekend away. But detoxes are also a great way to get my caffeine, alcohol, dairy, and processed foods intake in-check.
