Once and a while after some web-cruisin I find a fun workout that I think, huh, this could work for me 🙂

And I'm excited to share them with you as I see fit! (wink, wink.)

I'm going to call these posts SKINNY JEANS.  Need I say more?  (No.)

Found this 5 min-mini-curcuit today, a great tip my from favorite, VITAL JUICE, (which i live, sleep and breathe, btw, you gotta sign up) and thought I'd post it for you guys. As a 20 year fitness instructor I have experience in several modalities of training that I'm attracted to.  I often go for a pilates, ballet, core-training, Lotte Burke fusion but once and a while a good old fashion weight regime tickles me mucho. 

And I'm feelin' it for this one from trainer MIKE D of Crunch. 

Bust out these 5 moves and you're sure to break a sweat!
