The “123STACK” is a class that is a first of its kind – beginning with 10 minutes of Core Activation, followed by 20 minutes of High Intensity Circuit Training and ending with 30 minutes of Indoor Cycling. Moving clients in rhythm through two studio rooms, 123STACK keeps attendees focused on unison, making it a true model of Group Fitness. Holla!
At THE WALL, technology is not used as a means of competition, nor will you find any segregated workout stations. Instead, THE WALL utilizes performance data to help track progress. Each class is constructed rhythmically – ensuring that everyone moves in unison with the goal of promoting mindfulness, cohesion and most importantly, results.

The fully interactive space boasts so much more than just workout classes. Wimberly is also intent on contributing to a better, healthier world. This philosophy is what propelled THE WALL to establish itself as the first ever, fully registered green fitness studio in Los Angeles – meaning a completely paperless check in, zero plastic water bottles (only boxed water and a filtered water station), along with the use of eco-friendly building materials and completely toxic-free cleaning materials.
No walls? No breakthroughs. The flagship studio brings together like-minded people in order to generate a cohesive and unified workout juxtaposed with personal success and growth, with a variety of class opportunities and styles.
