UNIQUE TRAINING K Training classes are 50-minute sessions performed in small groups, utilizing the Kinesis machine and other exercises (Core, Pilates, Yoga, Sports Conditioning). Additional training includes TruFit suspension training, Ocean Yoga, and more.
TIME SAVER Because the classes develop balance, core stability, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning, all in one session, they burn a much higher level of calories (some say 30% more) and there is no need for additional cardio or weight training.
