I had a major hair tragedy two weeks ago.  I was invited to get a fancy pants haircut at a new uber chic salon, and let's just say that one thing led to another, and I was given a Brazilian Blowout that burnt my hair. As in Fried.  Fucked.  Done.

And now, here I was, my once long and sexy waves now looking like Joan Jet.  Liz took my fried asymmetrical tresses in her fingers and said, it's burnt.  She tried to save what was left by trimming off the parts that looked like electrocuted and did the best to shape my stiff fried helmet.  "This ones gonna take a long time to go out.  Sorry.  And your hair was looking gorgeous!"  The tears turned to fury.  "How long?" I pleaded.  "A long time" is all she said, and she traipsed off in a puff of gorgousness and 9 feet long legginess.  She soon returned with Denis.  "Denis will fix it.
