Natasha Barrett reports: FROM BUDAPEST, WITH LOVE

June 3, 2010

To anyone other than a beauty editor, Hungary is an eastern European country known for it’s picture-perfect Baroque architecture, water polo and Goulash – few realize it’s an epicenter of cutting-edge skincare.  But with a history of healing waters and thermal mud, it’s no wonder Budapest’s Omorovicza is leading the fight against dull, lifeless skin.  Ever since my best friend, Anita – who happens to live in Hungary — sent me a jar of Omorovicza’s Deep Cleanshing Mask, my skin has transformed. The mineral-rich mud really works!  It draws out impurities, clears clogged pores, brightens skin and leaves me with an over-all “glow”. Not to mention it’s a lot cheaper than a plane ticket.

Now, if only I could bottle Anita.

xx, Natash
