The days are getting shorter and a new crispness in the air is making me long for wool sweaters, hand-knit scarves and hot toddies. My skin  is also getting drier. Ugh. Thank  the grooming gods for O-Mega Body Buff ($33, 200  ml) from that fab foursome at Mama Mio.  This excellent exfoliating scrub left me soft, smooth and moisturized in less than three-minutes  flat. Plus it’s filled with all of the good stuff (micro-ground  pumice, sweet almond oil, aloe vera, chamomile and vitamin E) and none  of the bad (all of Mama Mio’s products are sans dyes, parabens,  petroleum, synthetic fragrances and sulfates), so I can use it often  with a clear (and smooth) conscience. It’s a great prep for self- tanners and works wonders on faces too.
