Worship the classics. The perfect striped boat neck by CHANCE.

I live in classic stripes. Not kidding. It's my uniform. Screw the horizontal lines are a no go' and they do nothing but w-i-d-e-n you. I'm already wide. How bad can it get?

A boat neck white with navy stripes is my staple go to. Though I do get wild and mix things up in navy with red, grey with white and I love white with a bold yellow stripe. The navy and white striped tee is about the coolest classic to anchor any outfit. You can rock any look from there when you've got a departure point as iconic as this.

I saw this classic boat neck on the lovely Chance website (http://www.chanceco.com).

While I have not even TRIED IT ON (you know I never ever write about something I have not tried, tested and loved) I simply had to post about this one. It just looks so GOOD.

Not to mention everything else on this website.

It's reasonable at $60. Ultra soft, featherweight 100% Pima cotton. Vent at bottom side seam. Recommend selecting one size up for drape and best fit. Made in Peru.

Whuddup with this denim sun hat? Brill. Must have.

My necklace. A story of multi-taskin.

Up early giving a bottle to le bebe, watching the Joan Rivers doc (brilliant. you'll feel like a lazy shit after watching this) on my iPad and feeling crafty, I pulled out my boxes of jewelry makin' goodies.

In need of a cool accessory, I whipped up this ribbon, rock, feather, leater and thread necklace.

Worked great today with a white tee and flair jeans and awesome poncho from Ebay. Tres Pochahontas.

If you don't know about Tom's you've been living under a rock. Sorry, but it's true.

I mean, have you never seen a pair of these on someone at Whole Foods, Urth Cafe or stacked in the take your shoes off before you go to yoga class area? Maybe at your kids preschool?

This amazing do-gooder company really has an eye for fashion.

I saw those fab gray wedges on a stylish beauty/fashion PR friend and was like:

MUST. HAVE. NOW.

Saw them selling them at America Rag on Le Brea but you find them everywhere.
