A few years ago, I met Pilates/personal trainer Kit Rich and wrote this article about her. I titled the article “Rising Star Trainer” and maybe I’m psychic or something because only a few years later, my prediction is coming true!
I am so excited to say that Kit is currently a top 5 national finalist in Women’s Health Magazine’s search for The Next Fitness Star. Even better, Kit is the only California finalist—born, raised, and currently living right here in Los Angeles.
