Once the diagnosis is determined, the scalp is first prepared and cleansed before applying any treatment. To start, the hair is brushed with a specialized technique to breakdown scalp build-up and stimulate hair follicles. Following is a 9-step massage that relaxes the scalp, improves blood circulation and promotes lymphatic exchange to allow maximum penetration of key ingredients. The hair is shampooed and then the deep conditioning mask and scalp treatment that has been selected is applied. Hair technicians will also provide a suggested at-home regime.
