I found myself saying, wait, what about this (hairy upper lip)? And that (messed up brows) when I had just come in to sample her lash extensions. (Which by the way are amazzinnggg. Gorgeous, natural, non-tranny). She has impeccable taste and I've already looked into having her do the make-up for some friends who have big events coming up. Juiliana herself is a big-wig beauty insider. A graduate of the prestigious London Esthetique College of Beauty Therapy and Makeup, Juliana is one of Hollywood’s elite makeup artists. Leading actresses, runway models, nervous brides, soccer moms — they all line up to request her talents when they must look their absolute best for a big event, photo shoot or TV appearance.
