Time Out Los Angeles’s inaugural Mac & Cheese Smackdown, on Sunday, December 6 at LA River Studios (2025 N San Fernando Rd) will highlight Time Out LA’s picks of the best mac & cheese in the city, as Time Out LA editors challenge the city’s best restaurants to offer creative takes on this cheesy classic in the ultimate showdown to crown LA’s top mac.

A total of nine restaurants will be taking up the challenge, with a ticket including mac & cheese tastings from each featured restaurant, paired with complimentary beer provided by Angel City Brewery and wine by Dark Horse.

Tickets will be available to Time Out LA readers, VIPs, tastemakers and media with a portion of the proceeds from the event benefitting Best Friends Animal Society, enabling attendees to make the most of their city while donating to a good cause.

The event will be held from 12pm-4:30pm, with a ticket entitling guests to choose from two sessions (noon-2pm or 2:30-4:30pm).
