Burn 60 WeHo is on FIRE!

So far, this is the sexiest of it’s kind in the hood. Clean, spanking gorgeous studio and equipment – AMAZING AIR/FAN situation, NO CHARGE for towels (like some other places) – top of the line everything. Addiction is settling in. This studio is on the top floor of Pavillions, so a bit tricky to navigate for the first time – get there early! I can’t wait to try all the classes.

Note: No showers so keep that in mind if you are headed to work afterwards.

SIGNATURE BURN:

The ultimate full body workout. Reach peak performance with the perfect balance of strength, endurance and stability training. Each class is divided into alternating intervals of treadmill cardio, strength and resistance training. Burn at your own pace. Every class offers modified levels of walking, jogging or running complimented by targeted floor work using weights, bands, kettle bells, suspension training and other training equipment. Our Signature Burn will take you from fit to phenomenal.

ENDURANCE BURN: Whether it’s your first time on a treadmill or you’re a running enthusiast, this is the class for you. This comprehensive program is focused on running technique and strength intervals designed to leave you leaner, stronger and feeling eager to go the distance.

EXTREME BURN: There are no slackers in this class. This advanced workout will push you past your comfort zone in 45 minutes with back-to-back intervals of agility, strength, speed and functional movement. Minimal to no recovery = maximum results. Don’t just burn calories…TORCH them.

SPARK BURN:  Get results like an athlete when you train like one. Spark Burn 60 uses quick, athletic movements and drills to help improve your speed, power & agility.  Commit to 1-2 classes a week and you will find yourself bounding up the stairs like an MVP.

TOP BURNER: Your arms, back, chest,  shoulders and abs will be beach ready year-around. Make this  highly efficient 30-minute upper body strength and sculpting class part of your weekly routine.

BOTTOM BURNER: Are you up for this rock bottom challenge? Say “good-bye’ to those problem areas, with 30 minutes of lower body work targeting the glutes, thighs and hips.

ULTIMATE BURN 20: 20 minutes is all you need for this complete total exertion workout  Sandbags, kettle bells, bodyweight and treadmills. Achieve quick and significant results in 1200 seconds. Minimum rest time and increased load and intensity guarantee the ultimate fitness challenge. Maximum capacity of 12 clients per class. We dare you.

EXPRESS BURN: The name says it all. For those days you are short on time but still want the Signature Burn 60 full body workout, Express Burn 45 is the class for you. With a perfect balance of strength, endurance and stability training, you can get in, get out and on with your day.
