Target/Anna Kaiser Bring Free Workouts To Los Angeles To Celebrate C9 Champion Limited Edition by Anna Kaiser

To kick off 2017, Target is casting aside all the ‘typical resolutions’ and instead focusing on being HAPPY by partnering with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser to introduce C9 Champion Limited Edition by Anna Kaiser. The first design partnership for C9 Champion is now available in select Target locations as well as on Target.com. WOOT!!!    

To celebrate the launch and help guests embrace healthy living at a critical time, Target will be bringing Anna’s fun, playful workout to Los Angeles!

As part of a greater tour hitting select cities across the country, the Happier, Healthier You event will offer Anna’s Happy Hour dance-based interval class to the public for free on a first-come, first-served sign-up basis.

I FINALLY TRIED COOL SCULPTING AT MARINA PLASTIC SURGERY / DR. GRANT STEVENS

I have been woefully neglect in not reporting on COOL SCULPTING earlier! I receive call after text from women (And men!) wanting me to give them my first hand experience low down and as of yet, I had nothing to share. Until today.

I headed over to one of my top favorite offices in LA (make that country) , MARINA PLASTIC SURGERY Dr. Grant Stevens / Body by Orange Twist to try it for myself – finally!

I have a stubborn patch of fat on one thigh that simply wont go away. I’ve had this every since I had a hip replacement and the scar just made my leg all funky – including that way the fat healed. It’s the perfect test point!

WOW. A chill (no pun) 35 mins later, just laying down, reading, with the totally comfy device on my leg was a breeze (more ‘cool’ puns, I swear, I am not meaning to write them!). The divine Carla Crespo, MS, PA-C (with all those degrees she’s otherwise known as badass genius goddess) so unbelievably lovely, just popped on the handle, had me lie down and let the machine do its thing. Honestly, I wasn’t really aware of it at all. I guess you could say, a suction, cool, massage type of feeling, if I was to think about it, but within minutes I forgot it was on.

Now I wait 8 weeks and do one or two treatments (spaced 8 weeks apart) – then I’ll take photos and fill you all in.

But if you are wondering HOW it feels and WHAT the process is, experienctially – it’s a breeze. Easy. Peasy, On to work, working out, whatever. I was told it might feel a little numb, but frankly, it’s as if nothing happened.

Of course it’s been proven to work wonders on abdomen fat.
