I just got a master class on my least favorite subject – FAT!

You heard me.  A full on lecture about the curious nature of how fat lives in our bodies, how the skin sits on top of it and alas, a dissertation on the mother of all body-nightmares – cellulite. 

The brilliant Lynn Banfi who is more schooled on this subject than a PhD., took me on a visual tour not only of the layers of our bodies, overhead projections and all, but also on a tour of the thousands of bodies she has rid of the most varmant-y skin plague of all – CELLULITE.

Show me a woman who isn't racked about cellulite, fat, thin, whoever, and I'll show you a…well, I forget the other half of that expression.  But ya' get the point.

Cellulite isn't picky.  It wrecks havoc on fat and thin alike, men and women.  Even little kids.  That's because it has nothing to do with FAT.  In lay mans terms, it's a hormonal/skin thang. 

Lynn has been doing stuff with ultra-sound machines and various pieces of non-invasive-equipment like Dermsonic and Smoothshapes (think Endermologie on steroids) that literally flush the stuff out of your body, smooths the texture of the skin, re-contours the body, with zero downtime and it's actually quite affordable.
