Alle has worked for leaders in the wellness and culinary industries for over 15 years as a nutritionist, writer, educator and culinary developer before creating her own wellness brand, Flora ex Machina, where she offers her products and nutritionally-based services. Meryl’s easy-to-follow suggestions of organic, thoughtful living prove that small actions can actually make a big impact. Her nutritional philosophy is simple: eat whole, organic foods, that are locally and sustainably sourced. Emily Rose Shaw, Plant-Based Private Chef, Passionate Food Educator and Holistic Health Coach. Growing up with Transcendental Meditation and Ayurveda, she brings effective ancient practices to modern lifestyle. She taught students from all around the world the magic of both raw and cooked plant-based cuisine for more than three years at Plantlab Culinary. Fusing her love for sustainable food and good design, she published The Plant Collective, an e-cookbook collaborative to benefit Alice Water’s Edible Schoolyard Project in December 2017 featuring many leaders in food and wellness today. Emily has designed recipes for Australia-based Oliver’s Real Foods, the world’s first certified organic ‘fast-food’ chain and Sherpa Power, an Ayurvedic tea company.
